Dia Frampton is the runner-up from Season 1 of The Voice. She was the thirty-first singer to be seen on the Blind Auditions and sang "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat. Both Cee Lo and Blake pressed their buttons but Dia chose to join Blake's team.

Blake then chose during the Battle Rounds to pair up Dia with Serabee and gave them the song "You Can't Hurry Love" by The Supremes. At the end of their performance Blake chose Dia to take through to the Quarterfinals and Serabee was eliminated from the competition.

During the Quarterfinals, Dia sang "Heartless" by Kanye West. Dia also sang with the rest of her team and their coach Blake Shelton to "This Love" by Maroon 5. Dia was saved by the public and moved on to the Semi-finals.

At the Semi-finals, Dia sang "Losing My Religion" by R.E.M. and was 3rd to sing during the live show. Dia also performed with her coach Blake and fellow team member Xenia to "Honey Bee" by Blake Shelton. The final four were announced based on a mix of public's vote and voting of their coaches. Both carried equal weight of 100 points for a total of 200 points. Dia received 50 from Blake and 56 from the public advancing him to the Finals ahead of Xenia. In the results show the final 8 all performed together to a "Faith/Freedom '90" medley by George Michael.

At the Final each of the contestants performed an original song and a duet with their coach. Dia's original song was called "Inventing Shadows" and she and Blake both sang "I Won't Back Down" by Tom Petty. During the results show Dia sang with Miranda Lambert to "The House That Built Me" by Miranda Lambert. Dia was announced the runner-up of The Voice at the end of the show whilst Javier Colon was announced the winner.
